Three Bears, together with the national restaurant chain MAFIA and partners, have joined forces within the #ПідтримуюЛікарів social initiative. The companies provide hot lunches to medical workers in four regions of Ukraine: Kyiv region and the city of Kyiv, Kharkiv and Dnipropetrovsk regions, and the city of Mykolayiv.

"We continue our collaboration with partners, which started a year ago, during the first wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, and unite our efforts in order to help and support those who are literally at the forefront – at the forefront of health care of all Ukrainians – medical workers. The current wave of COVID-19 is characterized by many complex cases and a heavily loaded medical institutions. And we, as a socially responsible company, actively help medical workers by providing our products for preparing lunches", says Andrii Tyshchenko, CEO of Three Bears.

Now, healthcare workers of the Kyiv City Children's Clinical Hospital №2, Kharkiv Regional Children's Infectious Diseases Clinical Hospital, Headquarters for Elimination of Consequences of Medical and Biological Emergencies of a Natural Character of the State Level Related to the Spread of Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) in Kyiv, Institute of Pediatrics, Obstetrics and Gynecology of the National Academy of Medical Sciences of Ukraine, Irpin Central City Hospital in Bucha, Dnipropetrovsk Regional Clinical Hospital named after I. Mechnykov and Mykolaiv City Hospital №1 receive hot lunches every day.

"For a year now, MAFIA and its partners have been taking care of healthcare workers and delivering hot lunches so that nothing would distract them from saving lives. About 78 000 lunches were delivered during this period. The plan is to visit many more medical institutions and help medical workers during this difficult period", said Oksana Seredyuk, co-owner of MAFIA restaurant chain.

During the coronavirus pandemic escalation in the country, it is especially important that socially responsible businesses unite.
